What KAIROS Signal Is

KAIROS Signal is a statistical data engine. It applies mathematical models — including physics-based differential equations, machine learning classifiers, and signal processing algorithms — to publicly available market data. The engine produces numerical outputs including:

• Probability scores derived from statistical models
• Directional classifications (mathematical outputs, not trade recommendations)
• 128-dimensional state vectors (numerical representations of market conditions)
• Regime classifications (statistical categorizations of market states)
• Cryptographic hashes (SHA-256 proof-of-computation records)

These are raw computational outputs. They carry the same status as any other mathematical computation. A calculator does not give you financial advice when it multiplies two numbers. KAIROS Signal does not give you financial advice when it computes a probability.

What KAIROS Signal Is Not

• Not a financial advisor. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, tax circumstances, or any other personal information relevant to financial decisions.
• Not a broker-dealer. We do not execute trades, hold funds, custody assets, or interact with any exchange or financial institution on your behalf.
• Not a recommendation engine. No output from this platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
• Not a registered entity. KAIROS Signal Labs is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any other financial regulatory body in any jurisdiction.
• Not a guarantee. No win rate, accuracy metric, backtest result, or performance figure guarantees any future outcome. Models fail. Markets change. You can lose everything.

Your Sole Responsibility

By using this Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to each of the following:

• Your decisions are yours alone. Any action you take based on data from KAIROS Signal — including but not limited to buying, selling, or holding any financial instrument — is your sole and exclusive decision. We did not tell you to do it. We did not recommend it. We did not advise it.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence. You will conduct your own research, consult your own qualified financial and legal advisors, and make your own independent assessment before taking any action.
• You understand the risks. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, up to and including the total loss of your invested capital. Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and largely unregulated. Leveraged positions can result in losses exceeding your initial investment.
• You will not blame us. You agree that KAIROS Signal Labs, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates bear absolutely no responsibility for any financial outcome — positive or negative — resulting from your use of this data. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, margin calls, liquidations, or any other financial event.
• You are qualified. You represent that you are a sophisticated individual or entity capable of independently evaluating statistical data and its limitations.

Performance Metrics Are Informational Only

Any metrics displayed on this website, in API responses, or in documentation — including but not limited to win rates, accuracy percentages, AUC-ROC scores, Sharpe ratios, return figures, or signal counts — are provided for informational and transparency purposes only. They represent:

• Historical computations that describe what a model produced on past data — not what it will produce on future data
• Holdout validations that measure statistical performance on reserved datasets — not real-world trading outcomes
• Forward-test results that are still accumulating and may change materially at any time
• Theoretical outputs that do not account for transaction costs, slippage, market impact, funding rates, exchange fees, taxes, or any other real-world execution factor

Past performance is not indicative of future results. This is not a legal formality. It is a mathematical reality. Statistical models are, by definition, approximations of reality. They break when conditions change. They will produce losing trades. They may produce extended losing streaks. Your use of this data acknowledges this reality.

No Fiduciary Duty

KAIROS Signal Labs owes you no fiduciary duty of any kind. We have no obligation to act in your best interest, to update or correct any data, to notify you of model changes, or to ensure the profitability of any strategy based on our outputs. Our sole obligation is to deliver the data service described in the Terms of Service.

Jurisdictional Notice

The legality of accessing and using financial data products, trading cryptocurrencies, and participating in financial markets varies by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of KAIROS Signal complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. KAIROS Signal Labs makes no representations regarding the legality of the Service in any jurisdiction.

Third-Party Data

KAIROS Signal aggregates data from third-party sources including cryptocurrency exchanges, government agencies, public APIs, and sensor networks. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, reliability, or availability. Exchange data may contain errors. Sensor data may be intermittent. API feeds may experience outages. You acknowledge that third-party data limitations may affect the quality of our outputs.

Limitation of Liability

KAIROS Signal Labs, its founders, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates are not liable under any circumstances — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Service. This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, emotional distress, or any other damages of any kind. You use this Service entirely at your own risk.
